Improving the psychological stability of the head in shaping the development strategy of the educational institution

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of increasing the psychological stability of the leader in the formation of a strategy for the development of an educational institution. The author describes the structure of the educational organization management system from the point of view of a hierarchical approach, focuses on the level of strategic development management. The role of the psychological stability of the leader as the initiator, developer and implementer of the development strategy of the educational organization is specified. A brief terminology analysis of this category is given. It is postulated that psychological stability is the foundation of psychological transcendence. The criteria and mechanisms of this personality quality are specified. A process model for increasing the psychological stability of a leader in the formation of a strategy for the development of an educational organization is presented. It is emphasized that the specificity of the management of an educational organization is due to its multifaceted nature, and this, in turn, affects the multi-directional system of its components. Accordingly, the formation by the head of the current (adequate) strategy for the development of the educational organization is the guarantor of their uninterrupted functioning and interaction.
