The importance of emotional intelligence and empathic reaction in the system of professional activity

the article presents the results of theoretical understanding of the role of emotional intelligence and empathy in the professional activity of a realtor. The article contains a brief overview of the main definitions: emotional intelligence and empathy, the factors of success of a realtor's professional activity existing in the scientific literature are given. The results of an empirical study aimed at finding and establishing the relationship of emotional intelligence, empathic reaction with the professional success of a realtor are also presented. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that emotional intelligence and empathic reaction in the system of professional activity of a realtor play a key role in determining the success of a professional.
