Method of emotional desensitization of allergies and their causes: evidence

Over the past decades, statistics have noted a significant increase in the incidence of allergies, including immediate allergic reactions. Allergy is a hereditary reaction of all mammals. At the same time, there is evidence that about 85% of human allergies confirmed by analyzes do not have an immune trigger mechanism, and, therefore, something else “triggers” them. As a result of research, it was revealed that these 85% of "non-immune" allergies are of a psychosomatic nature, i.e. in fact, they are emotional allergies, and, as a result, the object of the work of psychologists. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the evidence-based of the author's Method of Emotional Desensitization of Allergies and Their Causes (MEDAC). The methods of observation, diagnostics, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, as well as the biographical and experimental methods serve as the methodological basis of the study. As a result of the work carried out, the theoretical and practical foundations of the Method of emotional desensitization of allergies and the causes of their occurrence were considered and studied, the evidence-based of this technique was substantiated. Since it was found that the use of this Method makes it possible to predict the results of psychosomatic correction already at the initial stage of therapy, as well as to ensure the client’s effective deliverance from critical manifestations of psychosomatic reactions (which is confirmed by client reviews and comparison of test results before and after therapy), it is reasonable to conclude that and expediency of using MEDAC by psychologists working with psychosomatics.
