Influence of motivation to success and motivation to avoid failures on the integral self-realization of the personality

This article presents a study of the phenomenon of holistic self-realization of the individual, and the influence of motivational factors on self-realization, in the latest conditions of existence. The objective of the study is to establish the relationship between the motivations for achieving success and avoiding failures with the phenomenon of multifocal, holistic self-realization. The study took place in three stages: developed by the author of the study, an interview with the study participants, aimed at identifying the degree of satisfaction with their own self-realization of the subjects, Testing using the methodology of R. S. Nemov, Test measuring the motivation to achieve success and avoid failure. Processing of received information. A high positive relationship was found between the motivation to achieve success and holistic self-realization.
