Psychosomatic allergy: emotional allergy

The last twenty years of mankind's existence have been marked by a significant increase in the incidence of allergies [4]. At the same time, already in the nineties of the last century, studies found that only 15% of human allergic reactions confirmed by analyses are triggered by the immune system, while the remaining 85% of allergies by the trigger mechanism are "non-immune" [5]. The existence of such statistics inevitably raised the question of the need for specialists to clarify the essence of the mechanisms of triggering these "non-immune" allergic reactions. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the thesis about the psychosomatic nature of the occurrence of "non-immune" allergies. The methodological basis of the research is the methods of observation, experiment, diagnosis, induction, deduction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, as well as biographical and statistical methods. As a result of the work carried out, the historical aspects of the basic research of the essence of allergy were considered, the theoretical and practical foundations of the methodology for identifying the psychosomatic nature of allergies were revealed, and the reasons for the introduction of new terminology in the framework of the study of allergic reactions were substantiated. Since it was revealed that non-immune allergies have a psychosomatic nature of occurrence, therefore, they are emotional, it seems reasonable to conclude that psychologists can and should conduct psychosomatic correction of clients with such allergies in order to reduce the symptoms manifested in the latter to subjectively comfortable indicators.
