Heilongjiang folk culture in the international space

In the context of the economic development strategy for the organization of global cooperation "One Belt – One Road" initiated by the People's Republic of China, new trends are emerging to familiarize foreign partners with the national material and spiritual values of Heilongjiang. On the one hand, the Silk Road will facilitate the exchange of Chinese cultural experience with foreign businessmen and guests of the province, and on the other hand, this factor will help to increase the influence of folk art on foreign recipients. However, in the process of organizing the policy of promoting a unique identity, certain difficulties arise that hinder its full development, which detracts from its significance. This article includes a theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific content on the identified issues, outlines the current problems of familiarizing foreign guests of the province with the spiritual ideals of Heilongjiang, identifies the reasons preventing successful cultural exchange implemented through the prism of international cooperation. The study focuses on identifying ways to build relationships between residents of Heilongjiang and its foreign speakers within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" project, which allow for the effective integration of this folk culture into the world space.
