The impact of digitalization on the formation of civil society in the Russian Federation

The article highlights the impact of digitalization on the formation of civil society in the Russian Federation. It is shown that the informatization of society has led to the creation of digital technologies and digital reality in the social, economic and socio-cultural spheres of public relations. Digitalization of the economy, public relations and the legal system leads to the development of the digital environment and means of digital communications in all spheres of society. The essence of civil society as a socio-political phenomenon is revealed. The priority directions of the formation of Russian civil society are outlined. The importance of digital communication, the creation of discussion platforms based on information and communication technologies between civil society and the state is substantiated.
