Professional burnout of employees IT companies

The article analyzes the specifics of professional burnout and stress among programmers with different professional positions. The results of a survey of employees of an IT company are reflected, revealing the programmers' understanding of the degree of stress of their professional activities and the factors influencing the occurrence of burnout syndrome. The differences between the components and the integral burnout indicator for programmers with different professional levels ("Junior", "Middle", "Senior", "Lead" and "Architects") are revealed.
