The relevance of the article is due to the modern dynamism of social processes and the simultaneous spontaneity of sociocultural and subjective transformations. It seems important to focus on rethinking what is happening, taking into account the appeal to historical experience to address issues of reconstruction and chronological concretization of the processes of formation of social creativity. In our opinion, without a historical basis, the picture of the world and the map of the world created by the social sciences cannot be considered complete and adequate. Therefore, the strategy of further development is seen within the framework of preserving the links of newly emerging social forms with historical foundations. These conditions will contribute to predicting the future and the formation of social creativity, taking into account the tasks of social management.
