The author reveals the peculiarities of the formation of societies following their traditional values. It is proved that such social systems can be formed and preserved only if they follow the traditional values that have contributed to its survival and development over the centuries. The article shows how the traditions of a particular society manifest themselves in the information society. The basic attitude of an individualistic society is based on the conflict between a person and the surrounding world. Such a standard of naturalness contributed to the development of technological progress only at the first stage of such societies. An alternative option for the development of society is aimed at preserving the integrity of the world order and the stability of the natural system. Such concepts of sustainable development meet the needs of human existence. The optimal development of humanity is on the path of following traditional values. This contributes to the formation of a particular society in the information society in the present, and also should not jeopardize the existence of future generations.
Keywords:information society, social system, axiological vector; traditional values; optimal development of mankind.
