Socio-cultural analysis of the place and role of emotions in the functioning of impressing

In accordance with the trends in establishing the relationship between culture and the psyche, which have emerged in modern sociocultural knowledge, an analysis of the place and role of emotions in the structure of impressing has been undertaken. First, socio-cultural conditions and cultural prerequisites for the emergence of emotions in the structure of impressing are analyzed. Thus, emotions are positioned as a product of culture. Secondly, emotions are considered as one of the determinants of culture and, accordingly, one of the determinants of impressing as a sociocultural phenomenon.
