Cultural crisis through the prism of atheistic consciousness problem in the Russian religious philosophy of the late XIX-early XX centuries

In this article the author considers specifics of comprehension of crisis phenomena of culture in Russian religious philosophy of the turn of XIX-XX centuries. A distinctive feature of Russian philosophy of this period was the integration of cultural and religious ideas and concepts. The author states that in Russian religious philosophy the problem of culture was conceived in the context of the crisis of religious (Christian) consciousness. In this connection the question about the causes and essence of the crisis of culture was revealed by Russian thinkers through the prism of the problem of atheistic consciousness. Ways to transform as representatives of this trend saw differently: some ways to based on strengthening the undermined ties with Christianity, others relied on the achievements of scientific progress, others counted on the arrival of the revolution, which was to melt the previous worldview ideas in the new building material for future cultural construction.
