Designing a safe educational environment in the context of distance learning: psychologically-pedagogical aspect (based on the example of an agrarian education)

The research is aimed to studying the prerequisites of designing a safe educational environment, and it was carried out during forced compulsory distance learning (lockdown, November, 2021). It was determined that the increase in the volume of independent work leads to as a decrease in the level of educational motivation as self-organization of students. The main reason is the lower emotional involvement of students in the educational process. It was revealed that lectures' negative expectations prevail over real emotions. As a result, it was concluded that it is important to take into account the psychological prerequisite in designing an effective and psychologically safe distance learning, especially emotional-cognitive one. The level of developed the professional competencies as well as and lecturers` personal maturity are extremely important.
