The problem of freedom in the philosophy of L.P. Karsavin

The article presents the results of the analysis of issues related to freedom, which are raised in the philosophy of L.P. Karsavin. In the course of the study, the author paid attention to the study of the features of the construction of the philosophical concept of the Russian philosopher. The basic conditions for the formation of the concept of freedom in Karsavin's philosophy are also determined. Separately, the article highlights and describes the philosopher's denial of free will. Special emphasis is placed on the assessment of the spiritual side of the development of individual freedom.
