Trends and paradoxes of pedagogical interactions in the system "Teacher - student" in the modern socio-cultural context

The article discusses methodologically significant aspects of educational reforms, psychological problems of interaction in the «teacher-student» system, the essence of the humanization of education, and the teacher's resource capabilities. According to the authors, a necessary condition for the perception and development of a holistic person is value-reflexive interaction. It is defined in the article as a way of activating professional self-development and self-actualization of the subjects of the educational process based on the «switching on» of reflexive mechanisms, a way of involving them in a situation of value choice. The strategy and tactics of such interaction in the «teacher-student» system is based on their openness and mutual understanding, which in turn is impossible without the development of emotional intelligence. In the absence of moral reflection on the part of the teacher, a rigid system of moral principles easily degenerates into primitive modeling, addressed to others, but not to oneself. The ability to see the spiritual dimension in the problems of others (students, colleagues) depends on the teacher's personal experience of experiencing spiritual problems.
