Markman Elena   (Graduate student, Russian Christian Humanitarian Academy )

Introduction. The relevance of this topic is due to the instability and variety of manifestations of emotional and cognitive processes in the mind of a pregnant woman. These contradictions are especially strongly manifested in a negative way in the situation of the loss of an unborn child (Kolomenskaya, Taran, Sklyar 2016). That is why the purpose of our work is to investigate the concept of "self–relationship" in pregnant women and women who have experienced perinatal loss. Materials and methods. This paper examines the self-attitude of two categories of women: pregnant women and women who have experienced perinatal loss. A theoretical and methodological analysis of the components of self-relationship, as well as their physiological and psychological state, is carried out. The article reveals the content and interrelation of emotional-volitional, cognitive and value-semantic components of self-attitude. Results. In the course of our study, the structure of the concept of "self-attitude" was revealed in two diametrically opposite categories of women - pregnant women and survivors of perinatal loss. The content of all components of self-attitude and their impact on the future life of a woman is determined. Conclusion. The practical significance of our work lies in the fact that the identified components of self-attitude can be used in the practice of psychotherapy, perinatal and clinical psychology, correctional work with women who have experienced perinatal loss. The structure of self-attitude in women with normal pregnancy can be useful to psychologists working in the field of positive perception of pregnancy
