Socio-psychological training as an HR-tool for increasing the internal motivation of managers

This article shows the role of socio-psychological training to increase the internal motivation of managers; it is characterized what is the internal motivation of its characteristics and the author's idea of the manager's internal motivation is given; pointed out the role of training to increase the internal motivation of managers; an analysis is made of the impact of training on the managerial aspects of the manager (management style, managerial stability), as well as on the effectiveness of the manager's managerial abilities in general.
