Socio-psychological determinants of the emergence of trust

Arkhangel'skaya Nataliya Vladimirovna  (Head, clinical psychologist, psychological training Center "A&B Coach"; postgraduate student, Russian State Social University, Moscow)

The article discusses the main socio-psychological determinants of the emergence of trust. It is noted that in modern conditions there have been significant changes that have led to a shift in the share of emerging trust towards a risky approach. The number of cases where trust is formed under the conditions of faith, unconditional trust has decreased. This is explained by the market economy model in the Russian Federation. Abroad, resorting to the risky approach has been practiced for a long time, and a sufficient number of legal documents have been developed specifically for this purpose, designed to ensure the protection of the parties in the event of a breach of trust. It is indicated that the preservation of the formation of trust based on faith is an important fact of maintaining humanization in society, moral and ethical norms, a sign of the spiritual and moral existence of society and its development. The results of the studies performed in the form of a survey of respondents allow us to conclude that men show greater confidence in various subjects and in various situations. It is noted that gender is one of the defining determinants that determine the level of trust and the possibility of its change in one direction or another.
