Anticipation features of mental activity in patients with oncological diseases

Sirazieva Tatyana Evgenievna  (postgraduate student, Kazan State Medical University)

An increase in the number of oncological patients against the background of improving the quality of medical care, an increase in the proportion of early detection of the disease, lengthening the remission period and, as a result, the survival of patients, determine the search for new ways to improve the quality of life of these patients. One of the promising areas is the study of the anticipatory viability of cancer patients - that is, their ability to anticipate the course of events with high probability, predict the development of situations and their own reactions to them, act with temporal-spatial anticipation, and also create a multivariate future, distribute probability between them and prepare themselves to all options. The review discusses the features of the psycho-emotional profile of patients with cancer and the features of the therapeutic tactics of managing this group of patients. Treatment should be comprehensive, have an interdisciplinary approach and be accompanied by psychoeducational activities, including informing the patient about the range of psycho-oncological services and assessing the patient's desire to receive psychosocial support.

Keywords:anticipatory competence, mental activity, oncological diseases.
