PROBLEMS OF WORK-FAMILY BALANCE AT THE STAGE OF MIDDLE ADULTHOOD OF TRADE EMPLOYEES

The article analyzes the problems of work-family balance at the stage of middle adulthood of trade workers. The main characteristics of the features of the period of middle adulthood, as well as the sphere of trade, are presented. The main professions in the field of trade, which most often contribute to the imbalance between work and family, are characterized. This article fills a gap in research on the impact of work-family balance on work engagement, both directly and through individual ideas about the support of work-family balance on the part of the employer.
