TECHNICAL ACTIVITY AS AN ELEMENT OF CULTURE

The article considers technical activity as a phenomenon of culture, shows its place in a single socio-cultural space and determines its role in the formation of norms and values of its development. The problem of cultural acceptance of technical innovations and achievements, their inclusion in the cultural space, constantly changing socio-historical experience is analyzed.
