MORAL ASPECTS OF ARGUMENTATION IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

The article deals with the moral aspects of argumentation in the process of dialogues and discussions in business communication. The position is substantiated according to which the interlocutors' conviction of the correctness of their views, defense, proof and upholding of their judgments must comply not only with the rules of logic and argumentation theory, but also with the rules of morality. The author proves that without taking into account the moral factor in business communication, it is virtually impossible to organize highly effective activities, trusting relationships with partners, support by colleagues of the goals and objectives of the organization.
