PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF EMPLOYEES OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS COMPANY

The article presents the results of a study of professional burnout of employees of the transport and logistics company Segment LLC. The concept of professional burnout is considered. The study compared the features of professional burnout of employees of a transport and logistics company working on regular flights and working stationary in the office. Employees who work permanently in the office and employees who are on regular trips show elements of the stress phase to a greater extent. Employees who regularly work on the road are characterized by a low level of mental burnout. Employees who work stationary in the office are characterized by low and medium levels of professional burnout.
