The syndrome of "professional burnout" in the professional activities of social sphere employees is studied in connection with the fact that the specifics of the work of social sphere employees require their constant tension and emotional return. At a certain stage of their work, they began to lose interest in work, formally relate to their duties, and conflict with colleagues. The problem is complex and requires social and ergonomic measures to improve labor efficiency. Work with the population forms a specific state of the emotional sphere of workers, which affects the quality of their work.
