AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORAL AND VOLITIONAL QUALITIES OF CADETS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE FEDERAL PENITENTIARY SERVICE OF RUSSIA

The article presents empirically substantiated results of the study of the formative experiment of the development of moral and volitional qualities of cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. The inclusion of the author's program for the development of moral and volitional qualities of cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the educational process allowed us to qualitatively increase the level of development of moral and volitional qualities. The developed moral and strong-willed qualities of cadets of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia have a positive impact on the learning process, the formation of their moral foundations, spiritual values, compliance with ethical norms and universal principles, increase the professional prestige of the service as a whole.
