In modern conditions of life, the problem of burnout among medical workers remains relevant in countries with different living standards, which makes the task of providing psychological assistance and psychotherapy for burnout for this category of people has become especially important. As a result of a review of foreign studies, the authors have identified several scientifically proven effective methods, programs, techniques, and mobile applications for psychological assistance/self-help and psychotherapy for burnout. Currently psychological assistance with burnout therapy mainly uses an integrative, result-oriented approach, which includes work with the cognitive (intellectual aspect), emotional and behavioral spheres of the personality. Actual and necessary in work with burnout of medical workers is the activity carried out at the individual and organizational levels, leading to the most effective results in reducing professional burnout.
