PERSONAL PROFILE OF JUNIOR CADETS OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE FEDERAL PENITENTIARY SERVICE OF RUSSIA, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE SEVERITY OF THEIR MORAL AND VOLITIONAL QUALITIES

The article presents empirically substantiated results of a study of the personal profile of junior year cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, taking into account the level of development of their moral and volitional qualities. The empirical basis of the study was the educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia: Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (Ryazan), Vologda Institute of Law and Economics of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (Vologda), Voronezh Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (Voronezh). The total number of respondents was 100 first- and second-year male and female cadets aged from 17 to 20 years. It has been established that the average personality profile of cadets is characterized by the absence of sharply sharpened features and is quite balanced and harmonious. Pronounced personal characteristics include sociability, emotional stability, normative behavior, and self-control. It was diagnosed that cadets assess the development of their moral and volitional qualities at an average level. The most pronounced are a sense of duty, honesty, justice, discipline, dedication, endurance, etc.
