ART THERAPEUTIC PHENOMENON OF MUSIC

The article analyzes the existential aspect of the art therapeutic method using music as an example. An approach is used where music is both a mechanism for sublimating suppressed feelings and emotions into positive ways of expressing feelings, and an art therapist. In this case, a person as an existence is face-to-face with music, passes it through himself and starts the process of existential healing.
