Prospects of using modern technologies as a means of communication between the museum and the audience

In practice, among modern technologies, undoubtedly, the first place is given to digitalization, i.e. digitization of the museum space. Many museums use touchscreens with texts explaining excursions and exhibits, sound equipment for reproducing additional effects, a projector for watching movies, but in the age of technology this is not enough for a modern person. Spectacular and impressive are holography, VR glasses to create additional reality. Using digital methods, the museum is able to organize live broadcasts and webinars on topics of interest to the audience, thematic online platforms, quizzes in chatbots, etc.
