The relationship of interpersonal relations, reflection and level of stress of employees of it companies

This article is devoted to publication of the results of studying of relationship of interpersonal relations and reflection of employees of IT companies with different levels of stress. The interrelation of the level of stress with the peculiarities of building interpersonal relationships and the level and type of reflection is considered. The results of testing of the program of psychological support for employees of IT companies on the issue of interpersonal relationships and reflection in order to reduce the level of stress are presented. The study of the relationship between stress and the peculiarities of building interpersonal relationships and the type and type of reflection was carried out on the basis of three international companies located in Russia, working in the field of information technologies and software development for international markets. The study involved 61 employees of the above companies.
