PSYCHO-CORRECTION OF WORK MOTIVATION IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS EMPLOYEES

This article presents the results of a formative experiment on the problem of psycho-correction of labor motivation. A psycho-correctional program has been developed, which was built taking into account the specifics of the activities of the telecommunications sector and the characteristics of personnel management. The main emphasis is placed on the need to form an acceptable motivational model of labor behavior and create a favorable production microclimate in the team. The authors developed a socio-psychological questionnaire «Immersion in activity», which allows participants to experience a «feeling of flow». When analyzing the dynamics of labor motivation, an increase in the motivation to achieve success by 30% was revealed, a significant increase in the level of internal labor motivation was recorded and, at the same time, a decrease in the share of external negative motivation in the motivational structure. Due to the implementation of corrective measures, the external negative labor motivation of the subjects decreased in 80% of cases.
