THE MOTIVES OF THE THEATER IN THE WORKS OF DOVLATOV AND WRITERS OF THE TWENTIES OF THE TWENTIETH CENTU-RY

Zaitseva Svetlana Aleksandrovna  (Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor, Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences, Faculty of Socio-Cultural Project Management)

It is important for us to trace the continuity in Dovlatov's texts with the prose of the twenties. Continuity can be traced in the analysis of the texts of Konstantin Vaginov, Mikhail Bulgakov, Ilya Ilf and Evgeny Petrov. One of the motives that unite the legacy of Dovlatov with the legacy of these writers is the motive of the theater. Sergey Dovlatov interpreted the tradition of theatrical art and theatricalization in his own way. The motif of the theater is presented by Dovlatov as an element of life with post-novices ("theatrical realism"). It is important for Dovlatov as a writer, as a journalist, to preserve continuity with the "silver age", which "continues". Dovlatov conceptualized the idea of continuation, not only as a writer in his literary works, but also as the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "New American". One of the markers of the continuation is Meyerhold's theatrical avant-garde, which was interpreted and interpreted in the literary works of writers of the 20s. Thus, Dovlatov's texts clearly contain elements of the texts of the literati of the 20s, which is a marker of deep continuity, which can be traced through the unifying motif of the theater.
