HEMISPHERE-COGNITIVE STYLES AND TYPES OF THINK-ING IN THE ASPECT OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY

The article discusses the relationship of hemispheric-cognitive thinking styles with types of thinking and some personal characteristics of PNU students. The absence of reliable values of the correlation coefficient between hemispheric-cognitive strategies of thinking according to the method of E. Torrance and types of thinking according to the method of G.V. Rezapkina and to the Ken-Rozanov method, which indicates the partial and relatively dynamic nature of the organization of interhemispheric psychophysiological processes. Reliable correlative values were found between certain types of thinking and motivational personal components - cognitive interest and the level of claims. The results obtained on group characteristics of hemispheric-cognitive styles and types of thinking in students can be used to optimize educational technologies, taking into account the relationship between the individual and the typical.
