The article presents the results of studying the relationship between the socio-psychological climate and individual typological characteristics of law enforcement officers. The socio-psychological climate in the study group is at the level of medium favorable. Among the most frequent combinations of individual typological features of law enforcement officers are: extraversion-lability, extraversion-spontaneity, extraversion-spontaneity-rigidity, extraversion-rigidity-lability. Among the most frequent combinations of accentuations are: hyperthymism-demonstrativeness, hyperthymism-emotiveness, hyperthymism-emotiveness-demonstrativeness. The features of interpersonal interactions of the majority of employees are rated as cautious in terms of expanding the circle of contacts.n the process of analyzing the results of the study, the relationship between individual typological characteristics and the favorable socio-psychological climate of a team of law enforcement officers was revealed.
