THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF EMOTIONAL STABILITY OF SENIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN

The article presents a theoretical justification, organization of research and analysis of the possibilities of forming the emotional stability of senior schoolchildren. This seems to be very relevant, since it is the future graduates who are facing the Unified State Exam, admission to universities, which is a very serious test not only of their knowledge and competencies, but also of the emotional and volitional sphere. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and empirical verification of the effectiveness of the program for the formation of components of emotional stability in high school students. The experiment involved 11th grade students with a total number of n= 40. The analysis of the experimental results showed statistically significant differences (with a high level of significance from p≤0.05 to p≤0.001) between the indicators of two measurements made before and after the implementation of the program.
