TO THE QUESTION OF SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ANXIETY OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN SEARCH OF RELATIONSHIPS

Levchuk Ilya Alexandrovich  (PhD student at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Moscow, Master of Psychology at the Dashkova Moscow State Institute)

The article discusses the main aspects that influence the formation of social intelligence, which, in turn, determines the level of people's anxiety. It is noted that in accordance with the results of the analysis of modern studies on the relationship between social intelligence and anxiety, it is permissible to note that the level of education has a dual role, while increasing uncertainty in productive relationships, as a property of a more developed mind to be critical of oneself, one's achievements, resourcefulness. At the same time, the possession of certain behavioral techniques that contribute to the formation of a more thoughtful approach to relationships, the choice of a less risky behavior model that takes into account the likely dangers of building relationships with people, is possible for more highly educated people. Thus, a hypothesis is put forward that a high level of social intelligence is not directly correlated with education and is more dependent on life experience, the presence of social behavior skills, acquaintance with various social groups of people, possibly even including marginalized groups, which is relevant in present challenges and risks. It is concluded that the digitalization that has taken place, the application of information and communication technologies in all spheres of human life has also brought twofold results. On the one hand, the possibilities of building initial relationships have become much simpler, the use of social allows you to cancel live human communication, bringing the natural manifestations of emotions and the need for social contact to the level of robotization, transferring them to the format of digital interaction. As a result, the formation of real, genuine relationships becomes more complicated and becomes illusory, unreal, losing the possibility of personal identification and building a situation where the puzzles of personal interests, claims, hopes and aspirations of two or more individuals coincide when forming relationships.
