CONSUMER SOCIETY AND LEGAL NIHILISM: SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

Legal nihilism as a phenomenon of an intellectual nature has been studied for a very long time. In general, nihilism is understood as a negation, which is the basis of the thought process, on the basis of which a certain type of thinking is formed and formed, which has a negative and critical attitude to a number of social relations and processes. Legal nihilism describes the life position of selfish limitation, when the subject artificially limits the range of his interests exclusively to the range of his needs and is not interested in anything else. The author's judgments are based on the opinion that social law is only a right of a distributive nature, which determines who in a consumer society under the conditions of an ochlocracy regime will receive more material goods.
