The problem of abortion, at the woman's own request, in the Russian Federation is a social, financial and demographic problem. Consultation with a psychologist before terminating a pregnancy is one of the important conditions for the final adoption of a balanced and deliberate decision to have an abortion. We have identified the most common reasons for artificial termination of pregnancy at the woman's own request. And also conclusions were drawn about the direction of solving this problem.
