SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF TRUST TEXTS ON THE INTERNET ENVIRONMENT AND INTERPERSONAL TRUST

The paper focuses on the issue of interpersonal trust and text reliability on the Internet environment. It`s based on trust factors, as well as young people’s ideas about connection degree of the proposed factors with trust. Respondents (128 people) assessed connection degree of various factors with interpersonal trust and trust in text on the Internet environment. The results of the study show which factors are most associated with trust, and also allow us to enrich the list of these factors. Interpretation of the data obtained provides the opportunity to make assumptions about the reasons for the connection of highly rated factors with trust and to identify factors in the grouping of these factors not only based on their connection with trust, but also according to semantic characteristics.
