WRESTLING SKILLS AS A FORM OF OVERCOMING CONFLICT AND PREPARATION TO THE DEFENSE OF THE FATHERLAND IN MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY

From the standpoint of social philosophy, the article reveals the history of the development of wrestling and examines the formation of the personal qualities of warriors. Content analysis of Russian and foreign literature made it possible to analyze how wrestling skills acted as a form of overcoming conflicts. Having analyzed the problems of mastering wrestling skills as a form of overcoming conflict, recommendations have been developed for overcoming conflicts in modern Russian society.
