The athlete's fear of not meeting the typical requirements of an athlete is exposed in the form of ignoring some health-saving factors in the early stages of a career in aesthetic sports. Over time, the rule for young athletes turns into their peremptory lifestyle. The relevance of athletes is expressed primarily in physical data and their conditions. Tendentiousness prevails: over the course of a career, a character is formed and accompanied by psychological defenses, which are exposed in an object attitude towards oneself, expressed in a specific relationship with pain.
