MOTIVATION FOR ACHIEVEMENT OF SUCCESS AND AVOIDING FAILURE AT DIFFERENT LEVEL OF AGGRESSIVENESS OF EMPLOYEES OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA

The article presents the results of a study of motivation to achieve success and avoid failure at different levels of aggressiveness of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: various approaches to the concepts of motivation to avoid failure and motivation to achieve success are considered; It was found that the smallest number of respondents who took part in the study have an average level of aggressiveness, while the majority tend to have low values on the aggressiveness scale. Most employees tend to be motivated to avoid failure rather than to achieve success in their work life. It was revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the motivation to achieve success and avoid failure at different levels of aggressiveness among employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
