The article is devoted to the study of the role of trust in the formation and implementation of a psychological contract in an organization. The psychological contract is considered as a key concept reflecting implicit expectations and obligations between an employee and an employer. The paper presents an integrative model in which the employee's trust in the organization acts as a central component that has a comprehensive impact on the psychological contract.
A comprehensive study, including qualitative and quantitative stages, confirms the existence of a stable relationship between trust and a psychological contract. The results demonstrate that a high level of employee confidence in the organization contributes to the formation of a more effective psychological contract, which, in turn, is associated with increased job satisfaction and employee engagement.
The obtained data have important theoretical and practical significance, since they deepen the understanding of the mechanisms of functioning of a psychological contract in an organizational context and can be used to optimize management practices aimed at improving the effectiveness of labor relations.
