The qualitative aggravation of the systemic crisis experienced today by the technogenic-capitalist civilization was a sufficient basis for the transformation of futurological intentions into an extremely important feature of modern socio-philosophical knowledge. The common basis for the philosophical reflection of the stated problem is the theoretically and empirically fundamentally argued position that the systemic crisis experienced by this civilization today is the dramatic conclusion of its history, generating global and local conflicts, and the threshold of the transition to a new type of civilization.
