THE PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATIONS OF SOCIAL WORK IN RUSSIA

Based on the analysis of philosophical and methodological approaches to the study of the basics of social work among the population, its structural components, such as social security, social health and social well-being, the article describes the current state of the theory of social work. The purpose of the article is to reveal the idea of applying the values of postmodernism to the creation of the concept of social work in new conditions in Russia. The research methods are philosophical analysis. The methodology of the scientific article is a socio-cultural approach: based on a systematic approach to the evolutionary processes of social development in the aggregate of familiarization with culture based on the socialization of personality carried out within the framework of the established value system. Currently, the need to confront economic pragmatism penetrating into the humanitarian sphere is highly urgent. It is extremely important to preserve human social health in a rapidly changing world. This determines the relevance of the topic of the article. The result of the consideration of the topic is the conclusion about the dynamic development of philosophical approaches in the study of the theory of social work and the need to create generalizations based on the existing empirical experience of social activity in Russia.
