RUSSIAN CULTURE AND TRADITIONS AS PART OF THE NATIONAL CODE

The article defines the importance of folk traditions in the formation of the national code and the preservation of Russian culture. The national code is presented as an important component of understanding the essence of man, both as part of the national consciousness and as an individual. It has been established that the culture of our country and its traditions most fully characterize the national code of the people, being an effective mechanism for its preservation and transmission. It has been determined that cultural traditions contribute to the transmission of basic values, the preservation of the meaning-forming foundations of human existence, as well as motivation and formation of the direction of the younger generation.
