PRODUCER BURNOUT: WAYS OF PREVENTION AND RECOVERY

The article is devoted to the current problem of producer burnout, ways of preventing this phenomenon and restoring the emotional background and quality of creative activity of the individual. The process of professional burnout is characteristic of almost all professions and specialties in modern conditions. The progress of technology, digitalization, acceleration of the pace of life, increasingly tough social competition and the complexity of interpersonal relationships have made people's workload increasingly intense, more and more people suffer from psychological disorders and emotional fatigue, which can cause mental stress, loss of interest in work and boredom, which ultimately harms physical and mental health. Reducing psychological stress and maintaining physical and mental health are important guarantees of adaptation to society, improving the quality of life and the effectiveness of work. In creative professions, this problem is especially relevant, since people working in the field of culture and art are emotional, vulnerable, and prone to creative crises. The purpose of the article is to study methods of its prevention and recovery using producer burnout as an example, and to develop methodological recommendations for their application.
