The article "In Medicine" examines the risks of modern culture and globalization through the prism of the transformation of the value foundations of healthcare. The author analyzes four aspects of this problem: the universalization of liberal values, commercialization, technologization of medicine and bioethical challenges. By revealing the dialectic of globalization processes, the work not only identifies potential threats of dehumanization and loss of cultural diversity in the medical field, but also outlines the contours of a new humanism in healthcare. The study shows that awareness of these risks creates the preconditions for the formation of a new humanistic approach to healthcare, integrating the achievements of modern science and technology with the values of respect for the individual, cultural diversity and social justice. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for the development of personalized medicine as a way to overcome cultural-medical risks and humanize healthcare in the context of globalization.
