In the presented article ethical problems related to the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into public life are considered. Using self-learning intelligent systems stimulates the need to revise generally accepted methods to determine the moral responsibility, as well as ethical and legal norms governing this area. Particular attention is paid to questions of ensuring security, respecting the rights of citizens, eliminating bias and preventing discrimination in the use of such technologies. In this analysis some modern concepts of artificial intelligence ethics and ways to solve complex issues arising in connection with them are examined. The main difficulties arising in the practical implementation of ethical principles in the process of using autonomous intelligent systems are identified.
