COMBAT STRESS: SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF KEY FACTORS

Yusipova Alexandra Borisovna  (Doctoral student International Institute of Psychology Smart )

The subject of the study is modern combat stress factors. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of modern combat stress factors that affect the psychophysiological state of military personnel in the context of current forms of military conflicts. Both traditional and new determinants (cyber threats, information overload) are considered. As a result, the need for an expanded classification and grouping of combat stress factors based on the hybrid stress paradigm, the principle of neurocyphic convergence (considering digital and biological stressors as an interconnected system) and a multilevel stress response model has been identified. The author proposes the concept of a three-dimensional model of the cumulative effect of combat stress factors. The main conclusion is the substantiation of the position that modern research on combat stress requires interdisciplinary interaction of specialists in various fields, which will increase the effectiveness of measures to preserve the mental health of not only military personnel, but will also be important for society as a whole.

Keywords:combat stress, stress factors, modern military conflicts, new threats, systemic approach, mental health, three-dimensional model concept, social stability.
